Hole in the Rock...Spring Break FUN

My parents have been visiting "Hole in the Rock" in Scottsdale since they started dating. They used to go there to kiss when they were younger. Now they just go there to remember. Over Spring Break, we all went with them. Yes, all of us! My sister-in-laws with all of their kids, my own kids, my parents, and my grandmoter.
We ate lunch first under the ramadas near the zoo. Matthew was just happy to be with all of his cousins and especially his Grandpa Elmo.
Dalin always loves to be with his cousins. Here is him and Dakota. After we finished eating, we hiked up the back of the mountain. There is a short trail that takes only about 10 minutes to hike. The kids were so excited and were so cute as they walked together. Look at Matthew and Tessa helping each other as they hiked. Aren't they adorable!!!The twins loved staying close to Mahala! She helped them when the trail got to steap and rocky. Once we were at the top, the kids all had fun in the cave at the top. Here is Dalin with Menlo.

My boys and I at the top. It was beautiful to overlook the Scottsdale area. All of the grandkids had a day that they will always remember. And it was fun to be with my parents and have all of us together to share something they love.
